Profile won't load Dashboard because of Preview Programe

Discus and support Profile won't load Dashboard because of Preview Programe in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I had a chat with support and they told me to post here.     Profile won't load Dashboard because of Preview Programe


    I had a chat with support and they told me to post here.

    Basically when i try to sign into my account ONLY on the Dashboard my xbox will Black Screen. I can go onto apps and games Sign in and its fine. I can sign into other xbox ones and All fine.

    But when i try to sign into my xbox one with my profile it freezes for about 5 mins then Black screens.

    I have been told that this is a Preview Programe problem and that i should post here. PLEASE HELP.

    Preview dashboard update broken Account picker

    Dashboard works fine, but the snap screen won't allow me to scroll or highlight anything, and pictures won't show for the accounts. Also tried signing in through a game and in the settings app but that also won't allow me to scroll and the pictures also
    won't load. Can't opt out of the preview program either because guess what, you have to sign in. Oh, the irony.

    Xbox One Unresponsive

    Hi all,

    I turned on my Xbox One this morning and none of my games will load, the gamerpic won't even load on the dashboard. None of the apps load apart from settings and when I go to the preview dashboard, it doesn't recognise that I am in the preview program.

    As expected I know I will get issues with the preview builds but I was playing last night fine. I havent had an update since 20/11/15 so I have no idea why it has all suddenly gone wrong.

    If you are having problems with the most recent update in the Preview Program I would recommend posting in the Xbox Early Access forums. This link should help you out

    In addition I would recommend doing a full console power cycle to see if that helps. Note that being part of the Program experience may cause unwarranted issues, but that's all part of the fun and testing!

    Are you currently in the preview program with the preview dashboard? Because it's kinda hard if you don't provide a yes or no. Thanks

    Lets try removing and re-adding your profile back to the console usually that will fix it.

    Are you on the normal dashboard or are you in the Preview Program on the New Xbox One Experience dashboard?

    If you're on the normal dashboard, what prompted the green loading screen? (Did you have a console update or is this a new console)?

    What should I do if I want to stop participating in the program?

    If you decide that you don't want to get Preview updates anymore you can opt out in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You won't be removed from the program right away; it won't happen until the current update is released to the general public. If you change
    your mind, you can always re-register your console later using the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

    Here's how to remove your console from the Xbox Preview program:

    Open the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

    Select Registration.

    Under Manage flights, select Change.

    Note If you have more than one console in the program, you can change their statuses by using Manage other consoles.

    Under Manage programs, select Remove, and then select Submit. You'll be prompted to select a reason for leaving.

    If you run into any issues, post in the private Xbox Early Access forums for help.

    Note Your console won't be removed from the program until the current Preview update is released to the general public, so it won't happen right away. Until then, your console's status will show as Pending.
