profile wont download while playing black ops

Discus and support profile wont download while playing black ops in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried factory reset i have tried connection hard reset everything and nothing works any suggestions? the getting your 360 info screen does not fill...     profile wont download while playing black ops


    I tried factory reset i have tried connection hard reset everything and nothing works any suggestions? the getting your 360 info screen does not fill and it goes away and i cant download my profile

    Live disconnects during use

    Getting completely disconnected from live. Happens while watching netflix and while playing black ops 2

    profile wont download while playing black ops

    I have the same issue. I figured it had to do with not playing my profile on a 360 ever. It was made when I got the xbox one. I hope it gets resolved

    Okay I got multiplayer to work, I reset my xbox one to default settings but kept the games/apps.

    go to your settings and look for the reset option and see if it works!!

    I have the same issue. I figured it had to do with not playing my profile on a 360 ever. It was made when I got the xbox one. I hope it gets resolved

    It was nothing to do with Black ops,my gs was not updating & i don't play black ops.Re downloading your profile wont help either as it was a widespread glitch which has been fixed now by the looks of it.Once i got another achievement today my gs is correct
    on the forums.

    They there Two! Both above posts are totally correct, I just wanted to add a bit more clarification. Try logging into the profile you originally purchased Black Ops on (the owner profile, as Raett said). Then download from your download history (as Onyx
    said). You should be able to download and play Black Ops from the owner profile now. You won't be able to play it on any other profile other than the owner profile (and you'll have to be online to play it as well) until your time limit is up to do another
    license transfer.
