PROFILE WILL RANDOMLY LOG OUT AS I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME!!!!!

Ok, so when I get on my Xbox One, I play Forza Horizon 3. Ok well, ever since the last time I updated the game, I have experienced my profile randomly logging out which pisses me off sooo much! PLZ HELP!!!

Whenever I'm in the middle of playing a game or doing something on my console it randomly logs me out of my account. It's been happening for almost a week and it's ticking me off. Can you please help me

Changing XBL log-in email troubles

I'm trying to change the log in email of my XBL profile to a new one. The problem is that the new email I want to use has some randomly generated XBL profile assigned to it automatically. When I try to change my XBL profile log in email to the new email
I want to use it tells me that the new email is linked to an account already. I tried to remove the randomly generated XBL profile from the email I want to use, but I'm afraid that it will completely close out the entire account instead of just the XBL profile,
which will make me lose all of my important emails, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: This account that I'm using right now has the email I want to use, but my gamertag is the randomly generated one.

This gamertag you're currently logged in with is a randomly generated one. This means that this e-mail you've logged in with has never has a gamertag associated with it, which is why you were given something totally randomly generated.

If you made a purchase on this account you can still make use of the item by downloading this profile to your console and downloading the game onto it. It will work on any other profile you have on the console. You should definitely find out what e-mail is
associated with your account so you don't make the purchase on this randomly generated one again.

You can download this profile to your console by pushing the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller one time > Press X to sign out of any existing profiles > Download Profile option.

You can do so by going to Dashboard > Settings > Account > Account Information (3rd Tab) > Account Security > Look to the right hand side, that is the e-mail that you should be logging in with to Xbox.com.

I tried a downloaded game rather than the disc based one I was playing, and no problems

And another thing I noticed was that it wasn't disconnecting live or my internet connection, just logging me out of the only profile on the device.

I've received no error codes when this happens. It basically just says profile logged out sign in with controller. Then I'm forced to the dashboard no matter what and lose any unsaved data. I did connect it with my usb yesterday every thing was going good
no problems then I needed to charge the battery. but about an hour after that it gave me the same message and booted me from my profile while connected with the cable. That was the longest session of playing since the issue started and it was a couple hours
of play. The days before that its was about every half hour to forty five minutes.
