    me and my brother each have an xbox 360. our respective profiles are on our respective harddrives but he wants to play mc with him on one console. I don't want to put my profile on a flash drive and play it like that so I downloaded my profile on his console.
    not long after that we found out mc added 30 new acheivements but now I have a question about the achiements. if I play using the downloaded profile and earn achievements on it, will those achievements update to my console profile when I next log on? I searched
    the internet and nothing about this issue came up. ty

    Why can't I play my X1 offline?

    I had to update it in order to do anything, I even have to go online to create a profile. Not everyone that gets a Xbox One has internet...

    First time use/setup

    Set up a throw away account with the 14 day live trial. Install day one update and games then remove profile

    If you're playing offline, then no. They won't update when you log into your console again. If you're signed into Live, then yes they will. Achievements are saved on the Xbox servers as long as you're signed into Live.
