Profile transfering

Can you provide a little more detail on what's happening, exactly? How are you trying to 'switch' the profile, and at what point is it crashing? Have you tried recovering your Gamertag to the new drive? Tried transferring your save files with a USB stick?

I'm assuming you've already downloaded your profile into the new console? If not, then you'll have to recover it first. After you can view your download history either via console or online.

You can also swap hard drives

Well if what your trying to do is switch your profile from your memory unit to your hard drive just recover your profile onto your hard drive and thats simply it, if you have any more questions dont be afraid to ask.

Thank you for reaching out to us in the Forums. If you would like to access your account on the Xbox One you should be able to simply Add the account over to the Xbox One.

You should just be able to sign in with the email and password that you used to create the 360 account on the xbox one and it should just bring up your account with your gamertag and everything.
