    Profile transfer issue - Xbox360 to XboxOne


    I just bought an Xbox One and when I went to set everything up I input my microsoft account information and instead of transferring my account it gave me a new one. I have tried everything I can think of and have used the forums and so far I have been unable
    to get a resolution. I would really like to enjoy my new console but i am unable to do so. My Xbox live is paid up until April 2018. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am getting very frustrated.....

    play xbox360 games with xboxOne

    Hello, i need help.. i can't play a xbox360 games with the xboxOne... thej ask me always about a profile but i have just a xboxOne profile and i never had an xbox360 profile ? When i tried to start the game with my xboxOne profile it always shoes me an error
    "you need internet access to synchronize your profile" but my internet access is established ?!

    Had anyone an idea how to resolve this problem ?

    World of Tank for Xbox One ??

    Would also like to know when World of Tanks is coming to XboxOne. I have it on Xbox360, and would love to be able to transfer all assets on XboxOne and be able to play from both machines.

    No, it will not work, first, you will not be able to plug your Xbox360 with your XboxOne with a HDMI cable. Secondly, even if you could plug the two Xbox, your XboxOne will be seen as a TV for your xbox360. And finnally, at the end, you still must have an
    xbox360 for the xbox360 games, and the xbox one for the XboxOne games.

    I had the same issue. Long story short: I've had two user profiles (e.g. user1 and user2) on my Xbox360, one of them (user 2) was also logged on new XboxONE console. No matter on which profile on X360 I was logged on, I always got the same error code while
    trying to install update. When I moved user2 profile to USB stick, and logged on user1 profile - the update has installed successfully. Now I've moved user2 profile to Xbox360 HDD and everything seems to be working fine.

    Maybe logging out user2 profile from XboxONE would do the same - now, when the update is installed I can't check it out.

    Are you trying to create a profile by mistake instead of adding it.

    I have 2 xbox360s and 4 xboxones and can sign un on each of them, just not at the same time.
