Profile sync error or 20 different problems

Hello

Sins a day or 5 my Xbox one had the problemen that my profile has a sync error.

Some times i am able to play halo 5 but i have no access to my in game content, or i wont find any Players.

Restarting the Xbox some times makes it beter but Not for more then a hour.

The realy weird thing is its Not always a sync error.

Some times it wont connect to Xbox live but the connection is good.

If i am able to signe in i have no in game content like the rec in halo 5,

Or that and i cant select playlist but if i join a fireteam i am able to play some times if i am Not the leader

To make a long story some what short

I have had like 20 different erros in different stages of restarting, gameplay, apps

I did

Hard rest

Restore Factory default

Modum and router rest

Removed games

Removed account

Alternate MAC address

Restart games

But nothing works.

And no body here in Holland that i know has the same.

Sorry to hear about the Profile Sync error you're seeing. What troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix this already? Have you already tried to uninstall and reinstall the game? Do you play the game while connected to Xbox Live all the time? Or have you
ever played the game offline recently?

"Profile Sync Error"

I've had the same error message pop up twice now stating "profile sync error" when I start up Halo 5. Does anyone have a fix for this? It's only an issue with halo 5 and 343 industries don't have any contact Information whatsoever.

 

The same thing has been happening to me for the past few days and I can't seem to fix it at all. please help.

Try the following:

Go to the website for account security and protection.

Change your password, and while you're there, also check that you enable "Two Step Verification" if you have a smartphone (iOS, Android or Windows Phone will work).

After you changed your password, remove your account from your console and re-download it with the new password.

If you use a Xbox 360, instead of the new password, go back to the Account security page above, and scroll down to the "App Password" paragraph.

Have the site create a new app password.

Enter that app password instead of your regular one on the Xbox 360 console.
