Profile suspended

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx .There a XBLPET will explain why you got suspended. If someone tells you info on this page about your acc, and does not have a X OR S level, don't listen to them.

You would have to check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if it is eligible for a case review. If it is, you would not need to wait to submit it. If it is not eligible, then you would have to wait out the suspension.

Per the code of conduct, you are responsible for your account at all times and no one else is supposed to have access to your account. So even though it was someone else on your account, that won't help your case.

Actually that would only be if he was suspended for a terms violation. If it's just suspended because of payment issues, you'll need to call support and talk to billing and they can help you get it sorted out.

Makes no sense I've had the same profile for literally years with no change and nothing offensive. Not to give any information on why my account is suspended is ridiculous. They posted both times a general blog about reason why it could be, but my profile
doesn't contain anything that's on the list and my password hasn't been compromised that I know of. This enforcement team section is very unprofessional having no way of contacting them. They make a decision without anyway of talking to them is stupid
