Profile, store, one guide, and, games with gold tile are inaccessible.

First post on the forums ever.

Since the last 2-3 days (starting August 7th) I have been unable to access my profile, the store, one guide, and the games with gold tile. Additionally, I'm unable to hit the "join party" or "see who's in party" buttons but am able to join if invited
or if I invite someone else. The snap menu that is pulled up by double tapping the home button will also crash often and lock me out from doing anything (no response from Xbox but not totally frozen.) when trying to view my profile it will load for around
2 minutes then a message saying this is unavailable try again later will follow. The "sorry about that. Check again later" message is on various other party's of the dashboard where adds and games with gold tile usually is. The community tab, friends,
achievement, messaging, and notifications are all unaffected. I can play online and chat with friends. This is not an Internet issue I can assure you. I've done full power cycle and household Internet resets. My NAT is also open.

Xbox One Dashboard Store Section not Current

This is the best place I found to put this. I have a strange problem, when signed in to my profile the store section always show the same adds for over a week now. They are Zoo Tycoon, Fitness, Legend of Kora and most importantly, NBA 2K14 33% off. When
signed out of my profile interesting tiles would appear like E3 coverage, new games , and the Games With Gold/ Deals with Gold tile.

This issue had been irking me for a while so I selected the NBA 2K14 tile and guess what, it said it was $60 so I now know my home page is out of date somehow. The main reason I would like this fixed is to access the games with gold tile and see what games
are on sale since it appears to be otherwise buried. Thanks in advance.

 

How to see the special and scales tab in xbox 1?

When you're at Home on the dashboard, you should see 3 tiles on the right. You should see one that will take you to the gold member's area for games with gold and deals with gold. Other promotions should show as another tile.

When you go to the Store section, promotions will pop up on the top as well.

The One doesn't have a specific sales and specials tab like the 360.

 

Hi there. To resolve your issue, please do the steps below.

Press and hold the power button on your console for 5-10 seconds. Once the console is turned off, please unplug the power supply from the wall outlet, disconnect all accessories and wait for 1 minute then plug it back and turn the console back on. Make sure
to directly connect your power supply unit to the wall outlet this time.

To delete your profile, please go to Settings >> Sign-in, security & passkey >> Remove me from this Xbox.

Please go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Blu- Ray>>Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage.

After you have done clearing Persistent Storage, please go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart your console. Once your console has powered back on, add your profile back and sign in.

I have completed all the following steps with the exception of removing my profile only because I cannot gain access to the profile settings in any part of the dashboard or settings. Still having a the previously stated issues.

 

New development: Am unable to view any profile including my own.

 

I am sorry to hear that. Can you go to the settings page? if so, kindly try to restore your console to factory defaults but select "keep my games and apps". Let me know if this one worked.

 

Just did a factory reset with no success still

Really sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing.

Just to clarify, when you did the factory restore, you chose the "keep my games and apps" option, correct? Provided that's so, at this point I would recommend a

full factory reset. I know it's definitely not ideal but hopefully it helps fix the error you're experiencing.
