    For some reason its still showing my old gamertag on my profile, any reason for this?

    i have removed the account from my xbox and re added it and its still there.

    it does this on the mobile app too

    Try clearing the cache, it probably helps.

    Are you sure you are signed in with the account that you made the change on?

    Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the change to show everywhere also.

    Which one is your gamer tag the HNQ3 or the Xlogicaal?
