Profile signs out automatically

    Profile signs out automatically


    I have an Xbox one s, and everytime I activate it, at some point, my profile will sign out without any input. This happens in the middle of a game or while staying at the home menu. I then try to sign back in but get a black screen that says "send feedback"
    in one corner, and cancel in another. Clicking "send feedback" does nothing. I have sent the Xbox to Microsoft to be repaired but the problem remains.

    What is this black screen and how do I fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

    It notifies me "signed out". Does the re-downloading process refer to the primary or secondary hard drive?
