    Profile signing me out


    My Xbox one profile keeps signing out elsewhere it says, I don't know why but it does it everytime I play multiplayer games. As far as single player games or modes I wouldn't know if it signs me out on those too. Please get back to me soon with a solution
    of why it does this.

    Profile keeps signing me out

    tried deleting profile. Still did it. Deleted system cache. Still does it. I have no idea what it can be any help?

    Hi try clearing the cache again as follows: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache you could always delete and download your profile again to see if that helps

    Let's start out by removing your profile from your Xbox One, perform a power cycle (hold power button down for 8-10 seconds), and then add your profile back. Let us know how it goes Profile signing me out :)

    I have had this happen twice before, and is currently happening now on my 360. It goes away once the system has installed the latest update.

    If you disconnect your Xbox 360 from the Internet and load a game does it log you out again?

    You could try moving your profile to a USB device then unplug the USB and re-download your profile onto your console see if that helps keep you signed in.
