Profile signing itself out

For the past few days my profile has been signing out while I'm playing games. It says my profile has been signed into another Xbox One console, however this is 100% impossible. I've checked the history of where my account has been logged in at and it only
lists my Xbox. I've also tried changing my password but this has not changed anything. Has anybody else been having this problem? I need a fix for this because it's making it impossible to play xbox.

my xbox 360 signs itself out everytime i start or exit a app and the same thing for games start a game or exiting a game signs me out. .iv got other profiles on my xbox 360 and it dose not happen to them . .can any one help me ????

Please try the everything in the exact order it's written in: delete your profile (PROFILE ONLY), clear system cache (3
times) IN A ROW,
restart your console (important), download your profile again.

Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

See if the above works for you.

 

You may want to power cycle your console and re-download your account.
