PROFILE SECURITY!!!

Hi I have my old phone number listed as a second way to contact me if stuff was wrong with my profile but now my phone is broken and I got a new phone but now I cant transfer all the security settings over from my old one if some one could help me it would
be greatly appreciated thank you and im sorry if I have used to wrong tags

How do you remove all information from your Xbox One console?

Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

Keep getting signed out

Hi there, are you getting any kind of prompt about security? If so go to this link and click "Manage your security info' and sign-in to update you security proofs:

support.xbox.com/.../security-proofs

If that's all up to date then try deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache. Restart the console and re-download the profile.

Delete and recover profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

The only thing I could think of would be to call 18004myxbox and speak with a support agent.

Disable what? You can elect to store the password on the console so you don't have to enter it. It's an option after entering the password.
