    Profile Retrieval.


    Hello, I just need a phone number for customer support that works. Due to changes in the national broadband, I have lost my original email address that I use to sign in with. This has lead to the creation of a new email/gamertag and contact details for Microsoft.
    I just want to retrieve my profile. Friends game save etc are all on this account.

    Sorry, but there is no way to recover a profile via the PC. You would have to use a console.

    Sorry, but there is no way to recover a profile via the PC. You would have to use a console.

    i'm a member of playfire and a heap of xbox users there have the same problem. The curious thing is that when I try to retrieve my profile it retrieves enough of it to tell me I have 3 friends online????????????? It seems that if you were connected before
    the problem you'll be unaffected.

    You'll have to retrieve your account from online. If you were online while your profile was on your friend's XBOX, then it should load once you retrieve your profile from Microsoft. You can do this through your XBOX.
