    profile problems


    it's been half an year that i can't send messages from my profile, now that i had the time to contact the italian support by telephone they said me to open a ticket here. The message that pop up to me on the xbox site when i send a message say

    "Choose something else to do

    Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages."
    And, maybe after some refresh of my profile from the support, another problem shows up. I can't play the last gamesw with gold: Dragon age origins, it say i don't have the licence for play that game and the support even see the licence of this game on my
    profile.

    I don't really care of messages but this new problem is really uncomfortable...

    Why can you not recover your gamertag? Have you forgotten the email and password?

    Hey there, OK. So the email got mis-typed when you made the account, and now the owner of the email account has control of it? You can indeed change the email associate with the account, but you would need to have it downloaded to the console. Honestly,
    at this point, it might be easiest to verify ownership of the account using phone Support. Please use the call-back option on Support.Xbox.com/contact-us

    Xbox Live Enforcement actions taken against your account, you'll want to try

    Now let's look at the Dragon Age Origins issue. What is the exact error message and/or code you get when you try to play the game? Having specific information will help us out so keep us posted!

    Sorry for the late answer but i hadn't any notify, anyway for what concern Dragon Age Origins i got it solved by aquiring the license by the xbox.com store, so this is solved.

    For what concern the message issues i already updated so much time my security proof that i had to use another number because mine look like blocked for too much attempt.

    For what i remember my issues with messages started after trying to rejoin the insider (I was in the insider project when i fist get my xbox one and then leave it) by the time the update of "club and groups" came out for beta testers. But thats just my suppositions.

    You can't create a second account on the same Microsoft Account. Either your Microsoft Account was broken or your other account is on a different e-mail.

    I think you can move saved games if they haven't been updated since the console ban, meaning if you haven't launched/ played the game on the banned console since the ban.

    How are you trying to transfer the GT between the two Xbox consoles? Are you using a USB Flash Drive configured as a memory unit?

    Check to see if you have any corrupted data on the console that may be causing you an issue, this will be marked with a yellow explanation mark ! . To see go to System/Storage/Memory/ then look in, Game and Apps/Profiles/Demos, if you do find one just delete
    it then return to dashboard and recover your GT again see if it the game will play.

    Are you sure it is a profile issue? Are you playing off the actual disks? Do you have the games installed to the console?

    How old is your console? How much use has the Dvd Drive had? Do the games work on other consoles?

    -

    The disk it could be dirty, you could try cleaning it with a micro cloth and some clean water, just rub gently in small circular motions with your index finger.

    -

    If cleaning it does not work check it for flaws like deep scratches, different die colours etc. If the disk is faulty you might need to replace the disk or you could try installing the game to your hard drive and see if it plays.

    -

    If it isn't a dodgy or dirty disk it could be your Xbox dvd drive.

    Or it could your dvd drive lens (what reads the disks) is dirty or worst case scenario worn out from over use.

    If it is a worst case scenario you may need to send it into microsoft to get the dvd drive fixed or go to a third party that repairs Xbox consoles (will void your consoles warranty if you have one) or fix it yourself (Which can also void your warranty)
