    Tried to create a custom profile picture using a picture in my camera roll. It will then tell me, “Sorry, we cannot upload at this time please try again later.” As far as i know this has been happening for weeks. What is the issue? Other friends are having
    trouble with this as well. (he has a android, i have an iphone).

    Use your Xbox Guide button, and scroll over to the right -- Modify Profile. All of your gamer pictures should be listed in there.
