Profile picture

f anyone can help me I would appreciate it, I have been trying to change my xbox profile photo and put a custom from the xbox beta application and it will not let me, it says that I can not because I am underage, but I am 22 years old and in My account is
set that age, does anyone know if it's some kind of mistake or something? Thank you

Hi bob welcome to the forums. You've uploaded a profile picture so when someone goes to your profile they'll see that picture. What you need to do is upload an avatar to display in your postbit. So instead of editing your profile picture under edit profile, go to edit avatar instead. Let me know if you have any issues.

 

Xbox profile picture

Hello,

Does anyone know how to get a large picture of your Xbox profile picture for like forums, twitter etc? All I can find is a small picture of my profile picture and it turns out all blurry when I add it to one of my Internet accounts such as this forum...

Look at my avatar picture now... its all blurry and crap :/

Anyone know how to get a bigger less blurry picture?

The error you are receiving is not incorrect; child accounts are not able to set custom gamerpics at this time. If the age set to your Microsoft Account is older, then the age on your Xbox Account was initially set up incorrectly and the age is likely under
the age of adulthood in your region. This age currently cannot be changed, even if the Microsoft Account has a different age. To confirm if your account is a child account, you can
contact us via phone or chat support.

Because this is a feature that is currently in preview, this thread will be locked. If phone/chat confirms you have an adult account, you will need to submit feedback through the Xbox (beta) App on your PC.
