Profile picture won't change

I recently cancelled my recurring payment to game pass ultimate and ever since I cannot change my profile picture. Before you say wait a little bit, my friends have had their profiles changed almost instantly. I have been waiting for over 15 hours for mine to change. I haven't been notified if I broke the terms when it came to profiles. I've been to a few other posts and some other people have cancelled their recurring payments and are suffering from the same problem. If you can help that would be amazing. Thanks for your time.

I’ve tried all the troubleshooting you said, I even tried with 3 different representatives! And still nothing! It’s been 6 days! It doesn’t Take 6 days to upload a pic! My account is in excellent standing so the problem is on your side

I've done all that you suggested and it still will not change for some reason. I don't think it has anything to do with my xbox, I think it has to do with your servers or something along the lines of that.

We are really sorry for the inconveniences you have had; However, regarding your issue, sometimes the profile picture might take time to get updated, we count on your understanding and patience.

You could in the meanwhile try some troubleshooting steps:

The first step that you can try to resolve the issue, would be to remove and re-add your account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

If the issue still persists after going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 10-15 seconds plug all your cables back in and then restart your console.
