Profile Picture Verification

Sooo I contacted Microsoft support AND xbox support and neither could help me with this issue.. I tried uploading an icon I commissioned from an artist which is a picture of me drawn as a video game character. There is nothing provocative
in the photo and it didn't get verified. But my friend uploaded the picture and it got verified immediately. Why did my picture get verified on my friends account but not mine? I am very frustrated.

Drug references implied cursing political stuff is a no no

I Tried to change my profile picture to a custom one that i made. But when i select that specific picture it doesn't go through,

But gives me a message stating "Don't worry we still have your picture, You will see it again once we have verified that it is OK."

Now i understand that they would not allow profile pictures of something provocative/offensive or anything like that.

But i can assure that the profile picture isn't offensive in any way, Shape or form. I would just like to use it.

Is it really being verified?

 

How did you try to you try to upload? I would try the app and see what happens there

It seems to be uploaded now, and I really appreciate that. But this problem has happened to me multiple times. I'd like to know if there's something wrong with my account?
