Profile Picture Suspension

Recently my profile picture that I had created was taken down from my account, and to be honest, personally I felt as though nothing was wrong with the picture itself. A friend of mine has had something similar and our group of friends thought of it as a
funny joke and decided that we'd all match, but for some reason, my picture was the only one taken down, if anything it'd be rated teen. Ever since custom profile pictures were added to Xbox Live, I've seen pictures that are practically blasphemy compared
to mine, some are even still up as of this very moment. If possible, I'd like a detailed explanation of not only why mine was taken down, but also why that everyone else's was not taken down.

As you can see, all of these pictures are drawings of a women's upper/lower body in underwear expect one, which is an actual photo of one. So why was mine the only one removed?

Unnecessary Ban

Which as mentioned may not be Nessarily what you think it is

Profile content including picture is also included on communications suspensions or bio so it may not even be the picture

Hi bob welcome to the forums. You've uploaded a profile picture so when someone goes to your profile they'll see that picture. What you need to do is upload an avatar to display in your postbit. So instead of editing your profile picture under edit profile, go to edit avatar instead. Let me know if you have any issues.

 

Most likely yours was removed because someone filed a complaint on yours, but they haven't filed one on anyone else. If you see a gamerpic that violates the code of conduct, file a complaint via the console so the enforcement team can investigate them.
While you may see nothing wrong with it, everything on Live has to remain E for everyone. From the code of conduct:

What are examples of content that is prohibited in Xbox Live?

Content that is controversial. For example:

• Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content
• Violent content
• Controversial religious content
• Anything involving notorious people or organizations
• Anything involving sensitive events, current or historical

 

The only problem with that is that this was taken down 10 minutes after this was posted. I doubt that anyone has seen and reported this picture within that time limit, everyone on my friends list share my same sense of humor and I haven't played an online
game yet so other players have yet to see this.
