Profile Picture resetting to default

The issue is my gamerpic keeps restting to default so when i log in i have my old default image and when i look at my friends profiles they all have the old default images but to them they have there custom images how can i fix this its only happened recently
after the xbox black screen

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Xbox live profile content.

I recommend trying to
remove and re-adding your profile
on the Xbox console to help re-align data to the servers.

Hello DatGirlLucidd, check the type of photo or image you are trying to place, images that contain copyright, or certain images may be considered inappropriate automatically by the Microsoft system.

I understand you need assistance with your custom gamerpic. I just wanted to clarify, does it also show the default gamerpic online, Xbox App or on your console?

no like everybody's profile that i view they have a default gamerpic when 1 day ago they didn't. so its nothing about the picture i was trying to put as my gamerpic.
