Profile Picture Removed and 1 Day Suspension

So my profile picture was deemed inappropriate and this was the first time I had ever had a profile picture that apparently violated Microsoft guidelines. I don't have the option to submit a review and I now have a record. The picture was King Edward VIII
in a colonel of the welsh guards uniform, there was no insignia that someone could call offensive. I've also had this gamerpic for quite some time, the enforcement action said "...references to notorious people or organizations..." could also be a reason for
taking down my profile picture. However, I feel this suspension was unjust and I would like to know if there is anything I can do about it.

He is a controversial figure. He abdicated and had ties with the wrong people from Germany and shared beliefs. Not the greatest person you could have chosen.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this Enforcement issue, if you were only suspended for 24 hours there is nothing that can be done. The reason that you cannot submit a Case Review for a 24 hour suspension is because it does take some
time for the Enforcement Team to review the case and by the time they do the 24 hour suspension will be over with. You also will not be able to reach the Enforcement team through the Forums. Please visit the

Unfortunately he wasn’t a positive or iconic figure and all it takes is for one person to feel offended by it

That is a weird one. Is he 'notorious' because he was king? It
could be the alleged sympathies with nazis, I suppose.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about it since it's a 1 day suspension.
