Profile picture is completely blank(PLEASE HELP!)

Hello dear support,I had a problem that I created a costume Profile picture but I couldn't see that and then a moderator told me to delete my account from my Xbox and add it to it again afterwards. I did but now everything is blank. The profile picture hasn't
changed and the colour remains green and I can't change that. I'm pretty upset about that,that something so simple isn't working. Please help me

so ive noticed when i change the profile pic on the console or the website, i can see the changes on the community tab from when i make game clips and also on other consoles but not on my personal console sign in/profile page. also now my GS shows 0 under
sign in, but 69k elsewhere. i also have an issue when im signed in at the home page that it has a blank pic and says sign in

yea that's mine. But I personally can't see it. Everything is black

 

Could be just a glitch as I suspect a lot of people are trying to upload custom gamerpics.

Have you tried removing your profile,hard resetting your console buy holding the power button on the front until your console turns off,unplug it from the mains for 5 minutes,plug it back in & redownload your profile.
