profile picture glitch

Hello,
Can anyone explain to me why literally every custom pfp doesnt work? even when they are 1080p and if it is 1080p and it goes through the Xbox companion app just freezes and finally crashes.

If anyone could help me that would be very helpful.

This issue might be occurring because of your internet. Try to reset your modem or router, and then connect back to Xbox Live. This just might do the trick!

May I know if you tried lowering the resolution a bit?
It's enough with a 512x512 picture

Or, can you try changing the profile picture using the Xbox mobile app?

I may not have put it correctly but that is not my issue. My 2nd accounts profile picture glitches to my main accounts profile picture every time I switch accounts and im signed into both accounts like it tries to merge my accounts when I switch and my main accounts profile pic and name switches to the 2nd account I just signed into its a very annoying glitch I've seen a few other with the issue on reddit.
