Profile picture becomes greyed out when selecting game chat

Tried the hard reset exactly as suggested and it didn't work.

This is a brand new Xbox One S Digital and when you browse the games the pictures are all greyed out with just the names of the games. If you select a game the picture and description and option to buy etc appear.

This is really frustrating as you have to click on every game to see if it's one you'd be interested in buying.

do you have the following options available and that are active and not greyed out

Display Area

[Full Pixel] : Displays the original picture when parts of the picture are cut.

if so select full pixel, this i think is simular to just scan and would hopefully stop overscan.

I see the grey avatar with the grey background. Everyone else on here should as that's coming from MS servers. When I go to your profile I see an avatar with a flaming helmet. If you had taken the picture initially and reset your avatar since, it would revert
to that picture you see now.

Thanks for the advice.

I tried everything as you suggested including a factory reset of my router and did a complete reboot and disappointingly all the icons are still greyed out.

This does make it almost impossible to browse for new content.

Anything else I can try?
