    The picture that i uploaded was mostly comical, why was it banned? Furthermore is this ban temporary or permanent? I did not know of this, and i wish to have this decision revoked!

    This is a community forum and we are unable to answer all of your questions regarding previous enforcement actions about your removed game clips from Call of Duty, or enforcement actions against other users you have seen and reported on the Xbox Network. We are not Xbox employees and the enforcement team do not reply on the forums.

    I can answer your primary question about your Gamerpic removal though. You are quite welcome to create your own Gamerpics, but you are not allowed to use copyrighted material for your own Gamerpic. This is why your picture of Tobi/Obito from Naruto Shippuden was removed.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why it was removed and to see if you can submit a case review.
