    everyone’s profile pictures have been set to default for me i’ve been told it’s a privacy setting so i’ve made it so it’s adult default and it doesn’t save at all.i try to go on discord and it said it’s currently blocked.contacted them on wednesday they said it will be solved by 72 hours im now here with no email from them and still not being able to access any of this. my account date of birth is 2000 so i don’t know why it’s been flagged as a child account if that’s a problem. please can someone help me fix this.thank you

    how to change gamerpic?

    On the PC, you'll need to use the Console Companion App. Not the regular Xbox app. Click your gamerpic on the left to bring up your profile, then go to customize. Choose your gamerpic and you should see an option to use a custom pic above all of the default pics.

    Try seeing if setting another drive as default install drive helps, done by clicking general in the settings in the profile pic on the beta pc app. If it says it can't set it, click the link it provides above and set it in pc settings. I had a similar

    picture pack is a selection of images that you can choose to be a profile pic (instead of the default Live avatar that you create) it is not something to be used in a game only on your profile pic.

    Microsoft has put a hold on custom profile pics for the time being. No one is able to add a custom one, but you can still create ones using the avatar app on xbox I believe.
