Profile pic verification resulting in bans..

So i have a habit of chaging my gamer pic now and again... things that i consider to be okay as a profile pic xbox doesnt like all sudden.. what the hell is happening?? Can we get like a verification that doesnt involve me getting banned for a picture?
That just says you can either use it or you cant, because its tedious having to wait out a ban to try a new picture out and risk getting banned again.. this gamer pic system is broken -____-

the only way the enforcement team know about anything is that the community have reported it.

the enforcement team check over every report, if it breaks the community standards or terms of service it will be removed or you’ll have some other enforcement action.

they do not give enforcement out for no reason, you can view all enforcement actions and appeal them here https://enforcement.xbox.com

Yeah im aware its actual people who review it i just found it strange how the first time i was allowed one picture, and when i wanted to go back to it, i got banned lol.. i dont think they should result in a ban though thats a bit far i reckon..

And that could be the issue. Even though it’s a picture you could have used before, maybe no one reported it back then, and on this second go-around someone else found something bad enough to warrant reporting it.
