Profile pic glitch

I'm trying to upload a custom profile picture but it keeps saying cant upload picture right now try again later. Every. Single. Time. Can anyone help me?

HelenePotter, it actually appears that the ability to change to have custom gamerpics is currently disabled for all of Xbox Live. You will have to retry at a later date. Sorry about that.

It could very well be that you have changed profile pictures too frequently in a short period of time, or that you are temporarily unable to change your profile picture due to your status with Xbox Live. I would try again after a much longer duration of
time, or try attempting to change your profile picture using another device, and see if that resolves your issue.

The ability to upload custom profile pics was disabled at the beginning of the covid19 outbreak, in order to reduce the strain on support staff, as each pic is moderated before being accepted. Once things get back to normal, the function will be reinstated.

Ok managed to fix it. I just had to turn off and turn back on a privacy setting! Thank you for the help 😄
