    "Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature"

    Tried playing FIFA17 online but won't let me due to this message. Been through every setting I can find but can't see what's wrong. Ignored it as wasnt too bothered at first but downloaded Beta PES18 recently and got a similar message, so think it needs
    sorting for future games.

    I am the adult setup on my account with no restrictions and no children or teens.

    Help please ... What am I doing wrong?

    Xbox One says I'm too young or dont have correct permissions to access online features

    It says you have not got the right permissions for your profile to play online with your friends
