Profile number of years

    I have just noticed that my profile number of years has dropped from 10, to 8

    It should now (or very close to) be 11

    Why would this drop? I have had Gold constantly since I brought my first 360

    profile recording wrong number of years

    I would like to find out how to get the right number of years on my account. I know I haven't had Xbox live in a while but that shouldn't be why I cant see how long I've had my account for. I looked back to my achievements and I saw my first one was in 2008
    and its 2013. My profile says its only 3 years old and no that's more then 3 years old. I'm just asking if you know how to fix this it I would much appreciated it!

    Please see the following thread:

    You can attempt re-downloading your profile using the steps linked in the following article:

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    Do not delete your profile, just try re-downloading it.

    Also note the following:

    "Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time has finished.

    For your first year of Xbox LIVE Gold you will see a '0' and increase to '1' year of tenure when that year is up! For example, if you've had Xbox LIVE Gold for 3 years and 6 months, you'll see a tenure of '3' next to your Gamertag."

    If I had that number remove. and it was ffrom a mistake. Can I get it back?? I had 8 years, and My gold was over yesterday, I did the mistake of putting a 2 day trial. Now im 0 years, and I dont want it!! I want my 8 years. Wha can I do?

    That is interesting I think it takes time to display the correct Tenure Years/ Time on your Player Card. I know when I went from 2 to 3 years of continues Tenure it took time for it to show 3 years on my player card, I would also think it would take time
    to display it for someone that lost live too.
