Profile not uploaded in backward games

Hi, I'm having the same issue and I'm not preview member. Do you guys own a xbox 360? I do not and it could be the problem

 

Your very welcome everyone!!! Rayxion I don't even own a 360 at all 100% straight xbox 1, I happend to do alot of tinkering trail and errors on resetting system Boom i got it after almost 2 1/2 days and lots of hours. i will repost my fix.

 

#1 go to SETTINGS

#2 system , then look for factory restore, 2 opts for reset on your console

Opt #1 hard reset removes all games and apps,

Opt #2 factory reset keep games and apps.

Pick keep all GAMES and APPS then follow this. after screen goes blank your console will restart on its own let it do it cycle do not shutdown. then when you see this follow this.

This will send you back to the very first time when you are setting up your console!

#1 type in email address of profile you are using

#2 put in your password.

#3 set your time zone you live in. follow all directions, You will see a video playing xbox the xbox one, just hit center white glowing button on controller to jump to Main dash-board, Restart a 360 game that's backward compatable like gears of war 3 boom
it fired off. now you should be fully up and running.

 

Hace días que me estoy peleando con la Xbox One intentando jugar a "Borderlands" y "Witcher 2" (versión 360) con infructuosos resultado.

Tras una tediosa y larguísima espera a que "cargue los datos de 360". El juego muestra la pantalla de inicio y te sugiere pulsar el botón "start" para comenzar el juego,hasta aqui todo normal.

Acto seguido me invita a descargarme mi perfil de 360 para cargar y guardar mis partidas, obvio, sin dramas de momento. Pero tras casi 5 min. de espera "comprobando la conexión a la red" me avisa que no se pudo conectar y que hay un error( sin especificar
cual con un código o algo para identificar el problema).

Aquí entramos en un bucle de preguntas y esperas inútiles que abocan a la desesperación. ¿Quiere descargar su perfil? si! ...comprobando conexión... a ocurrido un problema y no se pudo conectar...¿Quiere comprobar su conexión a Internet? _si! Comprobando...Su
conexión es correcta, puertos abiertos, NAT abierto, todo ok para jugar. ¿Quiere descargar su perfil?_ si!! comprobando conexión...No se pudo conectar, ha habido un problema en su conexión,¿Quiere probar su conexión? ...y así hasta el infinito.

Hablando con una operadora del servicio técnico mas de una hora( por cierto muy amable y paciente...¡¡un saludo Manuela!!! Un 9,8 en este tema, no le doy mas, no por falta de profesionalidad ,sino por no poder arreglar nada) haciendo comprobaciones y pruevas,
tampoco pude solucionar...¿Alguna sugerencia? ¿A alguien le pasa...o le paso?

I can't download my profile to my Xbox One, it says it cant connect to Xbox Live. I followed the steps that the thecnic service gave to me, and still y cant download my profile

One thing i suggest is following indications that are indicated on previous posts: Settings > All Settings > System > Storage > Clear Local Xbox 360 Storage. Later Remove your profile from console by going Settings, Remove accounts, then powercycle console,
download profile to console and launch BC game again, try to download profile by pressing menu and adjust buttons on controller (360 dashborad will appear) and select download profile. Hope this help you to fix this !!!! let me know if this Works for you.
