    Trying to play co-op but it won't let me pick any other profiles. Just says profile not downloaded and to try again. I can't seem to get any info online for this.

    I have added my other half but that was porting it across from her Offline profile on my Gold Xbox live account

    I know what you mean though, when I was trying to add her my username was ghosted and it became a 1 at the end. No idea how you actually add a user and then add the name sorry

    Has anyone created additional profiles on their Ones for family members etc (not new accounts)?

    I think I have but it had just appended my gamer tag with a "1", I can't see how to rename? On my 360 I had multiple profiles for various 'situations' and each was named accordingly. Any one else?

    Oh got myself in deeper crap xD now I can't re-download the update. I start up the xbox it starts the download update and around halfway gives me a 25 character error code and stops it...

    none of these work for me it did the same thing on my friends xbox and i cleared the cache and it still did not work

    Well, I ended up transferring my profile with a physical flash drive, since I was only needing to transfer my gamertag between two machines in this same house. Not sure if the original problem (not being able to download the profiles over xbox live) is fixed
    or not, but I'm able to play on the other console now.
