    Profile not connecting


    hi.

    Here is the problem Sequance :

    1- when i open xbox one and before it connects to wirless lan my profile logs normally

    2- once i connect to the network my profile logs out and say " bye ahmed "

    3- when i try to login it says there is a problem try in a few minutes

    4- at this point i tried 2 diffrent wirless lans and a wired connection with the same result

    5- all network settings ip and dns are automatic

    6- after many trials i decided to reset factory settings

    7- still getting the same error with only 1 diffrence is that now of course it doesnt login before connecting to network

    please advice

    Can connect to wireless network, but not the Internet.

    my xbox is connecting to my network but my network is not connecting to the internet ive tried deleting my profile and redownloading but now i cant re download my profile

    Still having problems with connecting to Xbox live. Can connect online but XBox states it can not download profile, and will not connect to profile. error code 80151011.

    I'm sorry to say that I'm having a little trouble understanding the situation. Are you saying that you're putting in the correct password for your account but it's telling you that it isn't correct?

    Are you seeing any error messages/codes when this happens?
