    Profile not allowed to play


    Hello Support,

    After numerous times receiving the message "Profile is not allowed to play over Xbox Live" over the course of months I would like to know the reason behind this? I checked my Gold (Active and PAID for) . Deleted the Account and downloaded it at least 5 times.

    This always happens out of the blue and I've experienced this issue numerous times.

    Which Xbox console are you having this trouble on and does redownloading your profile make any changes to the error you receive?

    I am using an XBOX One, yeah I tried it a few times but it keeps happening again.

    Checking Network Settings didn't help either, tells me everything is okay. I checked the Ports and opened them on both tcp and udp. According to my switch nothing is blocked.

    Does this happen when playing a specific game or is it across all online games? If it's a specific game, can you share the exact error message? Thanks!

    It seems to be with every game I try, in CoD BO3 I was able to see that my public ip adresse is not recognized correctly I guess its a safety precaution if you are not allowed to play.

    In COD BO3 I get NOTICE: The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live

    All games have similar messages.

    Hey again ph03nix1990.

    If you check your online Security and Privacy settings, do you have any options selected that are preventing you from playing online? Let us know if you find anything there, as that may be affecting your Xbox Live online play.

    Hi Mister Maka,

    Sorry for the wait, I checked the settings and they all seem normal, privacy settings and security settings are applied so everyone on the console is allowed to play online.

    JUst tried it again and it's still not wotking unfortunately

    Hey again!

    No worries on the delay. Do you have another Xbox Live account on your Xbox One you can test to see if the same error occurs? This would help narrow down to either a network or account issue.

    Are you possibly able to create an account just to test? It might take a few extra minutes, but it should help narrow this down.

    Hi Mister Maka,

    I tried with another Account. When I have my main Account active (The one with Gold) all other Accounts will have Gold (according to Subscriptions in the Settings Menu).

    When deleting the main account the others naturally do not have Gold. I also deleted the Cache and re-downloaded the main Profile with Gold. But still without any luck
