"Profile Not Allowed" to play XBox Live

Discus and support "Profile Not Allowed" to play XBox Live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Have 2 profiles set up. Neither will allow user to play XBox Live. How / where do you change this?     "Profile Not Allowed" to play XBox Live


    Have 2 profiles set up. Neither will allow user to play XBox Live. How / where do you change this? Am assuming settings of some sort, but cannot find where.

    I just tried to play call of duty ghosts online and I'm getting a notice saying "The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live"

    Error on profile not allowed play

    I'm new to Xbox live, I've set up and have a connection, however I am receiving an error saying "current profile is not allowed Ito play Xbox live" what do I do?

    You need a gold subscription in order to play online.
