Profile not allowed to connect to live

It actually looks like you don't have a gold membership on your gamercard on the forums, but when you click your profile to see your gamertag it shows that you have one. If that's the case, please try to delete your profile (profile only), clear your cache,
and download your profile again.

Delete Profile Safely:



Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only.

Clear Cache:

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y

Select Clear Cache, and press Yes.

Restart Console:

Download Profile:

Push the middle button on your XBOX 360 controller.

Select Download Profile.

After doing that, please see if you can connect and play online.

When I view your profile it shows that you are a gold subscriber. It sounds like you may have a child account which does not have Xbox Live privileges.

Are you still having trouble connecting to Xbox Live? If so, what happens if you remove your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One, power cycle your Xbox One (hold down power button for 8-10 seconds), and then add your profile back?

Keep us in the loop with how it goes.

I was able to download my profile but now it says that "The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE". My live connection is fine and I am logged in.
