Profile Missing

Discus and support Profile Missing in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I can see my sons profile, but mine is totally gone. I’ve had the profile since 2014 with all of my game progress.     Profile Missing


    I can see my sons profile, but mine is totally gone. I’ve had the profile since 2014 with all of my game progress. I’ve logged out, logged back in etc. It’s nowhere to be found. I’m not sure what to do at this point. Any ideas?

    Thanks. Have done this but still says Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Will try back in a bit. Thanks for quick reply.

    Thats weird, right after i written my post everything was back up. Not only that but I was able to download my xbox live profile.But for now im glad that everything is back the way it was :).

    some reason. it changed my profile name to "Ben" (not gametag)
