Profile logging out

hi just wanting some help

I have just brought a brand new Xbox 1 s and done the updates and installed a couple of games 1 direct to the hard drive and 1 with a disc

Now after doing all that when I'm playing or just fielding on the dash board my profile gets randomly signed out with the message bye dan

The exact message that comes up is

PROFILE CHANGED

The signed in profile has changed.

The game will now restart

Please help I've just come across from playing a PS4 and I'm already considering going back

Hi there

try the following steps,

1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

Try to log out from the profile you are using and log in with another profile.

If you have more then one profile you can click on the profile logged in and select change profile or even sign out to log into a different profile.

Try this to see if it resolves your issue. It works for a lot of users. Log out of your profile and log back in. (If you have multiple profiles on the console log out of all of them and then just log back in with the one causing issues)
