    Profile logging out and freezes.


    My xbox one keeps logging my profile out of the system and when i play mass effect andromdeda the game freezes and I can't play it. What can I do to fix the problem.

    hi just wanting some help

    I have just brought a brand new Xbox 1 s and done the updates and installed a couple of games 1 direct to the hard drive and 1 with a disc

    Now after doing all that when I'm playing or just fielding on the dash board my profile gets randomly signed out with the message bye dan

    The exact message that comes up is

    PROFILE CHANGED

    The signed in profile has changed.

    The game will now restart

    Please help I've just come across from playing a PS4 and I'm already considering going back

    Xbox App freezes after launch on Windows 11

    Yes I have done those steps many times for all related apps.

    It definitely has something to do with my profile. I created a new PC profile and log into that and the app works just fine. As soon as I log into my original xbox account the app freezes up. If I kill the app and am able to log out before the app freezes, then the app doesn't freeze. I can use it fine. As soon as I log in again the app freezes.

    When I'm logged into one of my three accounts my game freezes. So I log out of everything and can play. I log back in while still in the game and the game freezes again. Is anyone else getting this?

    console keeps freezing when I play tin tin

    I have the same problem, posted question to Ubisoft but am yet to receive an answer. But I did find a workaround which stopped the freezing altogether. The freezing seems to be connected to the Xbox Live logon. If I log on with an Xbox profile which is Live
    connected, the Titin game will freeze at all and any time, making gameplay all but imposssible.

    However, if I make sure I´m signed out of a profile, the game will keep running beautifully, the new problem being the loss of all progress at console shutdown.

    Turns out there´s a solution for that too - by creating a new Xbox profile and NOT LINKING IT TO XBOX LIVE, the game can be played and progress saved. Worked for me.
