Profile location and bios not visible

    Profile location and bios not visible


    When I look at the profile pages of some of my friends, I can't see their location or bios entries. I'm on their friends list as well. I've also tried to look at them from the Xbox one and the Xbox app. I'm thinking it must be something in their settings
    but I can't narrow it down.

    Bios + Locations not showing up

    Hi folks,

    I have heard of some people experiencing this, but I am unable to reproduce it myself.

    I would suggest
    clearing your console cache    , and then
    redownloading your profile    .

    Let us know how that goes, or if you have anymore questions.

    Problem with other people viewing my profile

    Hi,

    As far as I know the bio and the location portion of the profile are something that can be blocked by your Privacy & Online settings, which can be found
    here. I believe that's under "Profile Sharing", that should be set to Everyone if you want it to be visible to everyone on Xbox.com and strangers that play with you
    on the Xbox 360.

    Why was I banned from logging in?

    Content on your profile could mean a number of things,it could be a gamerpic,bio or location or something in your activity feed.
