    Profile Loading issues?


    I just received an xbox one and had it all set up and working Friday. Played CoD: Advanced Warfare a couple times, then last night when I went to play game started up, it asked me which profile to use and when I selected my profile it came up with a window
    saying reading storage device or something similiar. Sat for 10 minutes and nothing happened, I couldn't get the console to respond at all even to return to dashboard so I forced the shut down.

    I then turned the system on, selected my profile first, started the game and the game froze at the CoD: Advanced Warfare logo, didn't even make it to start screen. I could however return to the dashboard so I did that and shut the console down properly.
    Started the system and game, made it to the start screen, selected my profile and it just hangs with the loading symbol in the corner. Exited, forced the game to quit, tried again same results.

    So I thought okay maybe the game is ***, wouldn't surprise me with CoD. Installed Forza, started the game went to load profile and same thing, sat for 30 minutes with no response. So clearly we're not talking a specific game issue here, is there a server
    issue, I've seen posts that people have had issues with their profile but other profiles work fine so I'll try that when I get home. Any other info in the mean time would be appreciated.

    loading profile

    Today this happend to me. I have cleared my cache and it didn't hepled.

    I have downloaded my profile and that didn't help.

    anyone having issues loading your profile when you first hit the start button....it keeps freezing on me every single time

    Also having issues with loading profiles now. Takes about 5 minutes to load a profile... HDD or USB, doesn't matter which.

    A round about way that was suggested to me is to load the game with no profile, load campaign with no profile, than as you see the movie load your profile, it resets you back to the start menu and lets you play for a bit. this does not correct the issue,
    but gives you brief play time till a real fix is out.

    I have this issue at the exact same point.

    I tried loading another profile and it gets past this race and it has no problems.

    It's just my profile.

    Have you tried loading the game while logged out of your profile then logging into it? There was an issue with some people on an arcade game doing this and loading it while logged out solved it.

    Hey joshua

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to load your Xbox 360 profile on your Xbox One.

    For this, I would have to recommend that you first
    remove your account     and then
    clear your Xbox 360 storage    .

    Once this is done, your console will re-boot. Once done, add your account once more and then launch the Xbox 360 game and you should be able to download your profile and sign into it once more.
