    Profile is not allowed to play Xbox live


    when I log into a game it says that this profile is not allowed to play Xbox live but I am connected to Xbox live in the home screen. I did recently have a ban for all communications but it was supposed to end today at 2:15am but it's still not working

    Hi.

    Please double check your ban status by clicking here. This will tell you what you were banned from accessing and when it ends.

    Communications bans do not stop access to Xbox Live, so it is possible that you may have been given an Xbox Live ban, especially if it is not your first offence.

    The Family Pack is no longer available. Have the person who is in charge of the pack double check to ensure they renewed it if it was close to running out.
