Profile is not allowed to be on Xbox Box Gold/Live Multiplayer

It takes a while for the servers to recognize the renewal of your membership.

On Xbox 360 each account will require its own gold subscription to allow online multiplayer but on the Xbox One as long as the account that has the gold membership has the console set as there home device most of the gold privileges including online multiplayer
gets shared with all other profiles on the console.

The profile you are using here seems to be a Silver membership which doesnt allow online multiplayer in games. Is this the same profile you use to play on Xbox 360? It could be that your Xbox Live Gold subscription has run out?

you need to log in to your Microsoft account and verify you do indeed have everything active that you think you do.

Answer: If you do not have an active Xbox Live Gold account, you will not be able to play online multiplayer games.

Players receive this message for one of three reasons:

1. You do not have an active Xbox Live Gold account, which is required to play multiplayer games online.
   Sign up for an Xbox Live Gold account.
2. Your Xbox Live Gold account expired.
   Visit your Xbox Live account to renew your Xbox Live Gold subscription.
3. Your Xbox Live Gold account was recently renewed. Please allow up to 24 hours for Microsoft to process your transaction.

You can always try the following:

1. Make sure that you have Xbox Live Gold account
2. Check if your Xbox Live Gold subscription is still active
3. Delete and download your profile again
4. Clear the Persistent storage
5. Clear the MAC address
6. Test the Xbox Live connection
7. Clear the system cache
8. Power cycle your console

Yeah, NAT is already at moderate, and the child account is already set to custom and allowed to Join Multiplayer Games.

Networking itself is fine because as the parent account, I can play Multiplayer with no issue. And if I'm signed in then of course it's fine for him also.

Its only the child account that is giving me trouble. For any online game it keeps asking my child to buy Xbox Live Gold, even though a subscription is active on the box.

The error says "Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live functionality"

All profile settings seem to match.

Any other suggestions?
