    Profile is gone


    I was playing GOW 3 when my Xbox froze. I had to unplug and restart my system, when I did all 4 of my game profiles were gone. I try to download and I get error 8007045D. I go to my hard drive and it says 0k for everything but the over all space states
    that my info is still on there cause it says I have 93gb of the 250 left? I can view my profile online here, and on my windows phone, but I can't get it to load on my Xbox? I cleared the cache several times, and that did nothing? It also seems like it takes
    longer then usual for it to first load when I turn it on, and every time I turn it on it wants me to calibrate my Kinect. Will I lose everything? can I maybe transfer to an external hard drive? format and then transfer back? will everything transfer? any
    suggestions please?

    the same thing happened to me this am last night i was playing it today went to sign on said something about kinect then it wont let me know do anything and all my stuff is gone i have no idea how to fix it bc i didnt even set up xbox live yet for it

    Well, as you see NOBODY responded back to me, either nobody knew the answer or no one cared. I had to reformat my hard drive. I got to keep my gamer score and I was able to download everything back to my hard drive. All my game saves were saved on the
    hard drive and those were lost. I was hoping someone could get me some advice, but since I didn't get any just reset the hard drive. You can call Microsoft, I called them and they started helping me but had to go. Try them.

    Hi MexicantPZ, Your profile can be downloaded again from Xbox Live.

    If the console prompts you to sign in at startup, scroll all the way to the right and select "Download Profile" to enter your account's email and password.

    If you skip that screen or if you're already at the Dashboard, navigate to the Social hub and select "Sign In or Out," and then you'll be able to complete those steps.

    Is it still the "downloading profiles in unavailable" message or is there a status code? If you turn off your Xbox 360, reset your router and try again, do you still get the same message?
