Profile is Glitched?

I won an achievement it is called "In to the light" on Guardians of Middle earth and it unlocked, but when i go to compare games its says 27 out of 29. Once i check the game it says I have 28 out of 29 and when i compare games it pops up. So i re downloaded
my profile hoping it would fix it, yet nothing happened I checked on xbox.com and it says i have it, but it also says the correct number! It so strange and my friends can see that i have it. Go ahead and take a look at my profile

Creating profiles...,

I have added my other half but that was porting it across from her Offline profile on my Gold Xbox live account

I know what you mean though, when I was trying to add her my username was ghosted and it became a 1 at the end. No idea how you actually add a user and then add the name sorry

Has anyone created additional profiles on their Ones for family members etc (not new accounts)?

I think I have but it had just appended my gamer tag with a "1", I can't see how to rename? On my 360 I had multiple profiles for various 'situations' and each was named accordingly. Any one else?

Well, it looks to me like you have all achievements. I see 29/29. Looks like you're all set!

There is nothing to worry about, as my account does the same thing. you will still have the achievements, and no, your profile isn't glitched. Like miniKold said, " you're all set!"

Other to try is clear the cache - and then redownload the profile.

Then support would have to take a look into it or might have another suggestion.

Can you try to delete the profile and redownload to see if this corrects the problem.

Usually this only happens when it is close to the date - are you sure of 12/28/2008?

(seems like that was the year when the servers went down for the mass amount of people joining.)

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

Others have reported the same issue already, so you are not alone, but others being affected have confirmed that they didn't notice any unusual login from their Microsoft's account's recent activity page.

Therefore, we can only assume this was caused by a bug in the server responsible for profile data, which a re-sync through signing out and back in will restore your correct profile data.

Nothing has been reported on the Status page or Twitter account just yet but I wouldn't be concerned that someone else has your account details. If it happens again, please make sure to let us know.
