Profile is corrupted

When I try to open Games with Gold I get the following error: Sorry, there was a problem opening this page. Please try again in a moment. After I went to subscriptions, where I got the 0x80bd0006 error.

Tried to remove and add the profile again, with reboot, but no luck I have a Live membership, and can get the games online but this is frustrating.

Any idea how to fix this?

You didn't call out of the matrix before being unplugged, now your profile is corrupt.

Specifically for Xbox 360 games on Xbox One, you need a valid payment method on your account, which means either a debit/credit card or a PayPal account. If you do not (the funds on your account are not recognised for this purpose), you get these errors.

Alternatively, to get around this you can make the "purchase" on an actual Xbox 360 console, after which the game will be able to be downloaded on your Xbox One. It will show up under Ready to Install in My Games & Apps.

 

Thanks maxen. However, I have a valid payment set up for my account and I could purchase games via Store/Gold. I haven't changed anything there, it just happened.

Yesterday I bought online a free one Xbox 360 game and it appeared in Ready to install, so it works. Just not through the console.

Would it help to remove the cards and add it again?

 

Oh, and I had a nice chat with support yesterday. She had refreshed my subscription, I did a hard reset, removed and re-downloaded my profile, but it did not help

In another thread, where the user had the similar issue, I read that the Gold membership was cancelled by MS, then they renewed it with a redeem code. I wonder if it would work for me as well?

Checked here and it seems that this is indeed an ongoing issue and is still being patched by our developers. Rest assured that there is nothing wrong on your end for this one and doing the troubleshooting before with the previous rep goes to prove that
the issue is not on your console nor your account. Double checked your account here and everything is up to date and all good. We may need to cascade this to our developers for your issue since a lot of players are having the same issue as yours right now.
So I would suggest checking on that from time to time within 24-48 hours and once everything is patched up, you should be able to access the games for gold offers on the console okay?
