Profile Information (Bio, Name, Location, etc.) Appearing to be unreadable or view-able.

Hi there, so I've had this problem for as long as I can imagine but it has only come to light at this moment.

It appears that any information on my profile has become unable to see according to my friends. They've told me that they can't seem to see my name, location, motto, or bio. I've changed my security settings so that my profile information, or sharing
is public, then friends-only. Either way it seems that no one can see my profile's info. I've planned to call Xbox support in the morning, but I'm quite impatient at the moment and any help would be appreciated.

I hope I get some replies and hopefully some of you are familiar with this issue.

cant change bio location or name

Have you tried to delete your profile, clear your cache, and then download the profile again? That might fix the issue if you are not being able to edit your bio/location/name etc on the console, but you can on Xbox.

My profile no longer gives me the option to change my name, location, or bio. How can I fix this?

 

Hi, try to clear system cache by doing the following; xbox home > settimgs > system > storage > highlight the hardrive > press y > select clear cache. do it 3 times then delete your profile (just the profile from the xbox) and turn it off, back on and re-download
said profile. Hope this helps!
