    Profile help


    OK. to start i have been playing on live for a few years and acquired achievements etc. I went away and had to use another offline account to play games for nearly 2 years and have acquired game saves and achievements. now i have that offline account
    stored on my usb stick and my live account on my hard drive. Is there any way to merger them so that i have all the game saves and achievements together. i don't want to lose out on 2 years work of work for my offline or 4/5 years on my live. any help
    will be appreciated. thanks Profile help :)

    Is the Achievement not unlocking resolved fully?

    There's also a fix that Xbox support helped me with.

    Try removing your profile in settings, then redownloading it.

    Hello Ace,

    Unfortunately there is no way to merge accounts. You can convert the offline profile into a new Gamertag, or you can revert to using the former profile, but it won't be possible to combine the two, I'm sorry to say.

    Did you have a Gold membership for the entire time your account was connected to Live? The tenure is only counted for the duration that a Gold membership was attached and it only changes on the actual birthday of the account (date account was created).

    *whooshes in* Pictures in signatures aren't allowed, but you could have essentially been "grandfathered" in. If you currently have it, you're good. Just don't take it out because you can't put it back in. *whooshes out*

    When you're born, you don't turn 1 until one year after that date. The tenure is the same. One year after your first purchase of a Gold membership your account turns 1 and so on and so forth after that. In January 2014, your account should turn 5.

    Unfortunately you cannot merge the accounts. You can still use your 360 account if you remember the login information.
